BizHeroFor is operated by Semad Ltd. When Semad Ltd acts as a data processor for a customer, we engage the following sub-processors to help provide the Service. Some sub-processors are only engaged if the customer opts into a specific integration; where that is the case, it is noted below.

BizHeroFor will give at least thirty (30) days' prior notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor. Notice will be given by email to the contact address on the customer's account, or by an in-Service notification, or by updating this page and bumping the list version number above.
Customers may object to a proposed new sub-processor on reasonable data protection grounds within fourteen (14) days of receiving notice. The full objection procedure is set out in clause 5.4 of the Data Processing Agreement.
